With no formal training, he ventured into small neighborhood projects, driven by a determination to relieve his parents' financial burden.    An advertisement for a lifeguard position at the Oberoi Hotels presented a unique opportunity that resonated with Shahrookh's swimming background. However, balancing this role with his burgeoning interior design business became unsustainable. Recognizing the potential of his entrepreneurial path, he made the bold decision to pursue it full-time.    Understanding the importance of formal education, Shahrookh enrolled in an interior design course, excelling and even winning a gold medal. His philosophy of never shying away from challenges fueled his continuous learning and growth, leading to high-profile projects and collaborations. He even had the opportunity to work on the renovation projects of celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan and the late Dev Anand.    

Shahrookh's entrepreneurial journey encountered a significant hurdle when he was cheated by workers, leading to financial difficulties. He was forced to sell his house and temporarily step away from the construction industry. However, his spirit remained unbroken. He transitioned to the travel industry, starting as a tour manager and gradually climbing the ranks in renowned companies like SOTC and MakeMyTrip. This period honed his skills and resilience, eventually propelling him towards executive positions. The pandemic's impact on the travel industry presented another setback. Undeterred, Shahrookh decided to return to the business world, this time armed with valuable lessons about trust, diligence, and meticulous management. Partnering with a trusted friend, Royantern, he established Kiara Associates, focusing on meticulous project management and business development.    

Returning after a 16-year hiatus presented challenges in a landscape transformed by social media and technology. Shahrookh's breakthrough came through a well-known figure, Dr. Miki Meeta, who was impressed by his work and offered a free endorsement. Shahrookh capitalized on this opportunity by creating a viral video showcasing his exceptional skills, opening doors to projects from individuals and corporations like Shapurji Pallonji, Lodas, and BMW India.    

Dr. Shahrookh's unique ability to waterproof any substrate set him apart. He constantly innovated, formulating materials and creating unique products, ensuring each project stood out. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction earned him the trust of clients, who he considers his mentors.    

Initially known as Kiara Associates, the company evolved into Kiara Innovations Private Limited to address funding needs crucial for growth. An investor recognized the potential and injected 10 million rupees, marking a significant milestone in their journey.

He also stresses the need for balance and health, highlighting a disciplined life as key to long-term success.
