Mr. Pramod Bharal grew up in Arvi, 100 kilometers (km) from Nagpur in Maharashtra. Only his uncle from his entire family, had completed college. Mr. Pramod Baral had a stammering problem since he was a little child, but with effort he was able to overcome it.

Mr. Pramod Bharal was talented and industrious since childhood. 

In 1972, he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Nagpur, one of the oldest and best chemical engineering institutes in the country. Mr. Pramod Bharal was awarded a scholarship since his father was a freedom fighter.

At age 20, he made the decision to move to Mumbai in seeking better employment options.

People with extraordinary abilities often seek independence so that they can pursue their own goals, develop their own methods of working, make the most of their abilities, and maximize opportunities.

Mr. Pramod Bharal realized he couldn't stay an employee for very long, so he was keen to establish himself  as soon as he could. He worked for three different companies over the course of 12 years to systematically gather experience in production to projects execution.

After gaining the necessary experience he quit and started off on his own in 1984. He started off as a consultant. His qualification and experience earned him good projects. Because of the projects, he was able to purchase a spacious row house. 

In 1987 a chemical company approached him and hired them as an indenting agent. An indenting agent is a company that collects commissions on sales, and does not buy and resell. This concept was very new those days but this opportunity gave him exposure to sales and marketing. He used ingenious and innovative sales methods and gained immediate traction.

In just few years, Mr. Pramod Bharal made extraordinary strides, and the company began bringing in substantial new business. Many pharmaceutical firms began approaching them with offers to hire them as international sales representatives. They had set up a distribution network in a number of different nations, and were shipping out roughly 350 different types of pharmaceutical products, including tablets, capsules, dry powder injections, liquid injections, syrups, dry syrups, powders, ointment, eye drops, inhalers, soft gel capsules, and so on.

Mr. Pramod Bharal was thinking about expanding into manufacturing. They were allotted land in SEZ near Indore in 2017. They spent Rs 70 Crores on constructing an ultra-modern facility. Recently they have ventured into herbal and ayurvedic medicines for treating chronic ailments. The products have shown fantastic results, and they anticipate that the products will be of assistance to a sizable portion of the population that is afflicted.

Mr Pramod Bharal’s company name is PSA Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. 

PSA stands for Perfect- Systematic- Action. Mr. Pramod Bharal's excellent choice of name is a perfect reflection of who he is and the path he has taken.

Mr. Pramod Bharal is intuitive and has a keen knack to forecast what would happen. One of the few people who didn't fit this stereotype was Mr. Pramod Bharal. His detail-oriented approach and focus on process were remarkable. He invested promptly in computers and software. He was well aware of the need of having up-to-date financial information at his fingertips as a business owner. Mr. Pramod Bharal understood the value of bringing in top talent and he established a flat organizational structure.. He monitored and measured productivity using cutting-edge MIS and report templates. As part of his forethoughtful succession strategy, Mr. Bharal has included both of his daughters in executive roles.
