Mr. PB Sreenivas had a very modest upbringing. He supported his family as a young boy by delivering newspapers and giving tuitions while pursuing his tenth standard education. He could not afford further education and  to support his family he joined Voltas as an apprentice at the age of 17

Mr. PB Sreenivas founded Sine Automation and Integration in 2011 while he was also holding a full-time position. Before founding Sine Automation and Integration, Mr. PB Sreenivas had numerous unsuccessful business endeavours. In 1995, at the age of 29, he founded Spray Tech, which was shut down after a year. His second enterprise was car rentals. He managed the business for almost three years before realising that it was not for him. At the age of 39, he briefly managed a computer store. In 2009 he operated another firm named Weldtrade enterprises for trading in welding consumables and Equipments.

Mr. PB Sreenivas possessed tremendous perseverance and determination. Even though he lacked a formal degree, his skills and experience were highly sought for. He worked in Japan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands, Abu Dhabi, and Oman, he was well-versed in international work environments. Mr. PB Sreenivas was able to establish a solid foundation for Sine Automation and Integration Pvt. Ltd. as a result. 

They offer a variety of welding automation solutions to some of the most prestigious clients in India and abroad. They specialise in weld overlay cladding stations and customised machine integration.

Currently they have a 25,000-square-foot unit with a state-of-the-art assembly line modelled after the factory of EMW AG, Germany, a leader in welding automation with whom they have a technical partnership.
